Laboratory view of Special VT2 machine (see RPN#704594) which is dedicated to track geometry analyses. Bogies are equipped with different kind of equipments for measuring rails height, rail gauge and spacing differences between both rails especially on switches. VT2 is 80 Kp/H limited (physically 120 Kp/H), when running and when measuring. Measurements results are viewed in live on these screens, saved in inboard computers and printed on the paper table in foreground. Cabview can be seen on RPN#704198.
