Not So Big Now, Are Ya?: Most photos of the Big Boy do a great job of showing just how massive the locomotive is. I wanted to do just the opposite here; the Sandstone bridge is an impressive structure built in 1894 to span the Kettle River, 772 ft, easily dwarfing the Big Boy. Taken while off duty, wearing full PPE.
