Don't believe everything you read - the destination board on the front of CDTX SC-44 2122 says this train is headed for Los Angeles. However, this train is only 17 miles out of Los Angeles and headed for San Diego. It appears that someone on this train, Amtrak "Pacific Surfliner" 584, forgot to reprogram the destination sign. Perhaps the crews are still getting used to these, even after six months. (Santa Fe Springs, California - July 31, 2019)
