Pulling in throttle from the departure from a water stop, the Mt. Washington Cog Railway steam locomotive #2 is putting on a show for as it digs in for the next leg of the trip up the 6,000 foot mountain. Cog #2 has been in service since 1875 and has a modernized feedwater system, but otherwise is carrying on like it has since arriving on the property from Manchester Locomotive Works 144 years ago.
