Originally built by the Southern Car Company with Taylor trucks and Westinghouse motors in 1918. It is believed to have served some time working for the US Military during World War I before going to Columbia Railway Gas & Electric (1918-1923), then becoming Hagerstown & Frederick #150 (1923-1954), and ultimately winding up in a private collection. It will be displayed to the public in the Friends of Myersville Library, which will open to the public on August 24, 2019.
