The engineer and conductor of Penn Central train LP-2 (Lowell, MA, to Providence, RI) confer about the switching moves after arriving at South Sudbury, MA, on a fall afternoon. Three imposing GP30s were in charge of this train on a former New Haven branchline that is now a rail trail.
