| The canadian built, former french railways SNCF 2-8-2 "Mikado" 141 R # 1244 of the association "Mikado 1244" is accelerating the long 9-car train of the "Schlierefäscht" special on the grade up to Bülach after leaving Eglisau. The train run from Schlieren via Turgi-Koblenz-Eglisau-Bülach-Zürich Oerlikon back to Schlieren, a trip "round the Lägern mountain", on the occasion of the city festival "Schliere lacht". There were several of this steam roundtrips this and the weekend before. |
