Rio Grande GP60 No. 3155 leads the Ansco Rio Grande Ski Train towards Tunnel 1 just east of Plainview, Colorado, on August 2, 1998. This summer edition of the train is operated to Winter Park for mountain bikers and hikers to escape Denver’s summer heat. All three Rio Grande GP60s power the train, but unfortunately by this date, No. 3156 has just been repainted as Union Pacific No. 5702.
