| Valdosta Railway 1200 has quite a history. It started life as a part of the first group of SW1200 locomotives purchased by the Cotton Belt. The unit was later sold to the shortline Louisiana & Delta Railroad in 1987. Now this rebuilt SW1200 is working for the Valdosta Railway helping pull freight for the massive PCA plant in downtown Clyattville. |
