| BNSF8075 glides down the 1+% grade of Winston Hill. The grade ends at the Missouri River at Townsend, Montana. While Helena may be the helper terminal for trains climbing the Continental Divide, the actual climb for the Great Divide begins at the bottom of this hill at Townsend. |
