Remarks & Notes

I have never seen the catenary support actually mounted to the rock in the tunnel. In any case, it must have been a thrill to hear the whine of traction motors and high-speed fans approaching, then have this beast charging out of the tunnel. Of course, Bruce is always in the right spot at the right time. A Bruce Van Sant original Kodachrome slide from my collection.
