MILW caboose no. 992128 brings up the rear of a dead freight crossing Mine Creek Trestle on the west side of Snoqualmie Pass. Note the ballasted deck on this bridge. These bridges were built to last and are now part of a trail system, although they should have replaced BNSF's Stampede Pass crossing of the Cascades. BN bought it, then sold it...
