| BNSF 756 East is about to enter two main track territory as it leaves the Flathead River gorge on the long grade to Marias Pass. The image fails to capture the incredible lightness and pine scent of the air in the Montana wilderness. Needless to say, the presence of a long manifest this summer morning is exhilarating in its own fashion. |
