The plant switcher at GATX’s tank car facility in Colton, California, is MP14B 7000, constructed in March 2010 by MotivePower Industries on the frame of Southern Ontario Railway SW1200 (an "SW1200RS" in railfan parlance) 1367, originally Canadian National 1367.
