| The UP local that makes the turn from Altoona to Chippewa Falls and back crosses the Chippewa River at Chippewa Falls, WI. It has just cleared the CN diamond and will make a short uphill climb to Norma, the interchange point with Wisconsin Northern which will handle switching the plastics loads into the plant. a few months ago this train would have had 50 or more sand cars to deliver to WN for loading. |
