| Trains in NJ Transit’s Bay Head rail yard bask in the sun on a cold late Autumn morning. Bay Head is the final stop on the North Jersey Coast Line and is where the three Bay Head based MidTOWN Direct trains layover for the weekend. The three sets are seen here with their ALP-45DP locomotives on tracks 1, 4, and 5. NJT 4216 is also seen in the yard on track 3 with a Bay Head shuttle waiting to begin its next eastbound run to Long Branch. |
