| On a warm July afternoon, southbound Philly bound oil train K160-24 rumbles into the deep cut just south of CP-43 at Mine Dock Road. Leading the train is a very unusual (for NY State)H3 schemed SD75I which will rotate at least twice back to NY this summer on the scenic River Sub. |
