| The sun peaks out for a brief moment as the CN executive train passing thru Sinclair on the Waterloo Sub. The CN executives were out inspecting Iowa for infrastructure plans and budget ideas for upcoming PTC projects and MofW projects. The train went from Sioux City to Dubuque the 1st day. Sinclair is located MP 298, 12 miles west of Waterloo. |
