| BN Takeover. In the age of Precision Scheduled Railroading, it seems Union Pacific trains have become relatively scarce along the Feather River Route. BNSF seems to be running the majority of trains across this Union Pacific mainline. This was evident on a beautiful Thursday afternoon in November of 2018. The BNSF 6245 is tied down and waiting for a new crew as the BNSF 4201 races by on the main track. Unfortunately, in only a week's time the skies would turn black as the Camp Fire would ravage through this region. |
