Remarks & Notes |
Quite a collection of locomotives is seen from the Haines Avenue overpass. The red unit is a GP9RM that was originally built for the Canadian National in 1956. The Locomotive Specialist switcher is a SW1001 built for the Reading in 1973. The CSX MP15AC was originally numbered 1172 and has been recently purchased by GMTX. This unit was built for the Seaboard Coast Line in 1978. Always fun to see what awaits the photographer in Waycross. |
