Don't pan this photo! NJ TRANSIT Arrow III 1524 is holding both the markers and the red flag as it passes through the North Elizabeth Station on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Being towed by ALP-46A 4637, it is a six car set being moved for mechanical purposes not an in service train, thus its pantographs are down.
