The Concrete Jungle? Monday, January 26, 2020 1700 (Erie Lackawanna) was assigned to Conrail Share Assets BY-1 in Staten Island, NY. In a city known for its tall buildings and concrete sidewalks, its hard to believe that this scene passing over the Saw Mill Marsh is in fact in New York City.
