Ethanol empties for Chicago head for Russell, Ky., from Hinton, W.Va., under the guidance of former Clinchfield Railroad SD40 No. 3016. It's good to see a near-50-year-old SD40-2 doing head-end honors on this move across the former C&O in early 2020.
