Heading from San Diego to Goleta (just north of Santa Barbara, hence the inclusion of the larger city’s name in the destination board on the front – or, in this case, the rear – of "Charger" 2121). This is Amtrak train 1767, one of 26 Pacific Surfliners to stop in Fullerton each weekend day. These Siemens SC-44 "Charger" locomotives have been the standard power on these trains for the past year. (Fullerton, California – February 15, 2020)
