Remarks & Notes

Assigned to Union Pacific’s West Anaheim Yard is UP GP40-2 1413. This engine, teamed with GP40-2 1469 and GP15-1 Y550, is the last former SP GP40-2 still in SP colors (but with UP patches, obviously). This Geep was built by EMD in March 1980, and will mark its 40th year of service next month! (Anaheim, California – February 15, 2020)
