Remarks & Notes
Pan Am Railways train 11R (E. Deerfield, MA-Mechanicville, NY) is seen taking the scenic route through Vermont due to a partial collapse of the Hoosac Tunnel in Florida, MA. VTR 307 (ex-SSW GP40-2) is seen leading the detoured train along with MEC 5976, 5948, and 5966 (ex-CSXT B40-8s). The train has just left Rutland, VT and is seen in North Clarendon heading south. The snow-capped Green Mountains of Vermont are seen in the background.
