A "Regio" train is on the way to Oberwald. Most of the climbs in the rack have already occurred, the valley is wide in Obergoms and the train can travel relatively fast. At the same point, the tracks were straightened a little bit 2 years later and the track in the soft ground was stabilized. On this August day, the sun slowly sets over the Bernese Alps, but still gives a nice stunning grazing light. I am particularly pleased with the atmospheric recording that it is still an "old-style" MGB train, without a mixture and low-floor wagon.
