| Georgia Central L782 battles the grade at the Lyonntown Road overpass with a heavy eastbound train in tow. This days train had the two of the recently acquired SD40-2's leading the train. The SD40-2-2's are a welcome sight to s area railfans who frequent the GC as they still retain their as built SD45 carbodies and are of the Southern Pacific heritage but have spent the last 20 plus years pulling trains over the Buffalo and Pittsburgh. |
