NS 5663, 5623, 5666, 5667, 5609, and 1146, lead NS empty autoracks detour train 28W, turned 29E and eventually 27E, downgrade at Mt. Holly, VT, while taking 68 empty autoracks back to the NS mainland via Vermont Rail System’s detour route.
