| A golden dinosaur. IHB SD20 2923 takes headroom at the west end of Blue Island Yard (CP 129) as it makes way across the Little Calumet River. A neat addition to the shot is the original IHB caboose (should be one of five active on the roster) behind the SD20. I waited over an hour and a half for this train to make its way far enough out of the yard, and I was rewarded with golden hour light. The widecab Geeps have not made their arrival onto the property yet, so the SD20's are still kickin'. Every opportunity is being taken when it comes to photographs. There's just certain things that never get tiring. |
