Remarks & Notes 
An empty BNSF sand train heads downgrade at mile 22.6 at the mouth of Coal Creek Canyon west of Eisele (Clay), Colorado, on December 19, 2017. The train is powered by a pair of GE locomotives, with ES44C4 No. 5546 on the lead, and ES44DC No. 7290 as rear DPU. This location is on Union Pacific’s former Rio Grande main line, now UP’s Moffat Tunnel Subdivision.
