| After the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway electrified in 1998, KCR introduces a new train set KTT for Guangzhou-Kowloon through train service at the operation speed up to 160 km/h. The train is formed of two Re 465 electric locos and ten Japan-built double-deck carriages. |
