Remarks & Notes
The prescription is more standard cab. It was a dark and dreary morning on Friday, October 31, 2019 when Canadian National Railway Company (Bessemer Subdivision/ former Bessemer & Lake Erie Railroad) passed through Albion, Pennsylvania, telegraph sign “RX”. The all standard cab lashup of IC 1028 (SD70)/CN 5422 (SD60)/IC 1022 (SD70) started with CN U702 in Conneaut, OH, and will take the iron ore to Braddock, PA, perhaps the industry most synonymous with the Bessemer & Lake Erie Railroad.
