| It's a gloomy and rainy day in Erie, Pennsylvania as a matching trio of CSX SD40-3's pull manifest freight Q367 west. In the lead is class unit CSXT 4000. These SD40-3's were rebuilt from SD40-2 cores by MPI with Dash 3 electronics and new cabs. |
