Amtrak’s westbound California Zephyr climbs out of Rocky, Colorado, after meeting an eastbound Union Pacific coal train on June 28, 2008. In a few minutes after circling Big 10 Curve, No. 5 will be heading upgrade through Clay that can be seen on the left just behind the tree.
