Remarks & Notes
Since about 10 days, the Bombardier TRAXX F140 AC1 185 # 527 of the Angel Trains Luxembourg (ATLU), rented to the Widmer Rail Services (WRS) has a new paint scheme (adhesive foils) with the legendary comic characters "Aeffle und Pferdle" (the little monkey and the little horse), which were created in 1959 by the film producer Armin Lang and the graphic designers Werner Klein and Volker Lang for the then Süddeutscher Rundfunk (SDR) and gained immense popularity in the "Ländle" (Baden-Württemberg). Today the locomotive made its first service in Switzerland in the new outfit. The 185 # 527, built in 2003 for the leasing company ATC - Angel Trains Cargo NV/SA, Antwerpen and since then rented to several railway companies, including the BLS Cargo, is now running for the Widmer Rail Services (WRS) and pulling the empty tank car train from (Bettwiesen-) Wil SG via Winterthur-Bülach-Schaffhausen to Singen (-Ingolstadt Gunvor Refinery), seen between Winterthur and Winterthur Töss.
