| Altaria from Cartagena to Madrid Chamartín just before passing through the Almadenes Canyon, at the site known as the end of the "World" (referring to the river that mouth a few kilometers down). Due to the return from summer holidays, several services between Cartagena and the capital were reinforced with two branches of Talgo. It should also be noted that the opening of the new Camarillas variant between Cieza and Agramón meant the end of this railway section. Thus, March 1, 2019 was the last day that trains ran on these tracks. |
