A Knoxville and Holston River Railroad crew drifts past Knoxville Locomotive Works 1998 at the north end of Coster yard. The former CECX 1919, is a Cummins Tier 4 compliant QSK95 demonstrator was rebuilt from a UP SD90MAC-H.
