| Vermont Rail System's GMRC GP9R 804 and VTR GP40-2 307 are dragging empty gondolas into the 5% climb at Barre, Vermont, to the Northeast Materials Group loadout at Websterville. From this point to the loadout, the elevation separation is 635 feet in 2.4 miles as the crow flies. The train will utilize a switchback to gain that elevation in just under 3 miles. |
