Within the first few months of the VIA takeover of passenger services (jan 12, 1977), CN and CP's power continued to haul Canada's passenger trains. CN 6790 arrives from Montreal with an A-B-A set of FPA4s in the afternoon of May 20th. Baggage handlers scurry to unload the baggage car, first up behind the power.
