Pennsylvania Northeastern C39-8 8212 brings up the rear of W230 westbound by the Ambler Boiler House in Ambler, PA. Normally this run is performed overnight, but with Septa offering limited service the PN is allowed to temporarily slip between the daylight Septa moves. 8212 is also the last surviving example of a C39-8 locomotive left in operation in the United States, and still wears the factory applied Conrail blue from when it rolled out of General Electric's Erie, PA plant in 1986.
