On a wet, muggy winter afternoon, an east bound BNSF intermodal rocks and shakes the cables of the old bridge across the San Joaquin River in north Fresno. The river is overflowing, due too an extensive amount of rain and snow that hit the Sierras Nevada’s in the early months of 2017, resulting in massive flooding throughout the foothills.
