| By 1997 CP's Action Red scheme was being intruded on by the so-called flag scheme, where the front initials were known as "C:P", a definite degradation of the images of CP in the past. Winter lighting and a mix of power ownership added to the interest of capturing CP action at the time. This tank car train was headed east toward Milwaukee at Duplainville, WI. |
