| PGR 42 leads a string of motive power toward their yard office at Norma Yard on Chippewa Falls' eastside. Business is way down on the Wisconsin Northern shortline due to closures of all five frack sand plants located on the line. UP connects with them here and this spring was down to tri-weekly service after handling multiple daily trains just a few years ago. |
