At the appointed time on February 16, 2002, the Rio Grande Ski Train departs Fraser and heads up the grade to Winter Park to pick up a trainload of tired skiers ready to head back home to Denver. Today, because of a failing F40PH in the consist, Southern Pacific EMD SD40R No. 7323 is on the point of the train, as seen from the top of the Fraser Tubing Hill.
