"Taking Headroom on Philly Belt Line"
With little sunlight left in the day, CSX Q372(09) takes a sizeabe amount of headroom on the Philadelphia Belt Line, crossing into the middle of South Christopher Columbus Blvd on the Delaware River waterfront. The Philadelphia Belt Line is a 2+ mile long rail line running along the Delaware River waterfront in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was created in 1889 to allow any Philadelphia railroad to access the waterfront. The line is leased to Conrail Shared Assets Operations (CSAO), who serves the lines customers and used by CSX for headroom out of Greenwich Yard.
