A Penn Central EMD 'E' unit that has seen better days sits sidelined near the Mad River and NKP Museum in Bellevue, OH. Due to the short amount of time I had in the Bellevue area, her road number and her history is unknown. But from the looks of her rusted shell, there is some faded black paint on her nose, her Penn Central decals on her nose and side have been applied on two separate occasions, and the name Penn Central once adorned her side.
