Remarks & Notes
The PRR 7002 is pulling the Gettysburg Address Special on the CSX (ex-Western Maryland) between Hanover and Gettysburg, and is at the moment of stalling due to wet rails. The solution was to back down the grade while laying sand. The Strasburg Rail Road, PA Historical and Museum Commission, Amtrak, Conrail, and CSX all cooperated in recognizing the 125th anniversary of Lincoln's famous journey by train to the 1863 battlefield for the dedication of the Gettysburg National Cemetery.
