"PTC Testing at Bellerose" New York & Atlantic Railway's RS-90 PTC Test Train, with single lite GP38-2 #268, passes Bellerose Station on Long Island Rail Road's Main Line. With Positive Train Control deadlines lingering, NYAR continues to install, update and test equipment on it's fleet of "main line" road locomotives.
