The reveal. When Webb Rail LLC - WEBX former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) came out of the shop on the pre-dawn hours of Friday, July 17, 2020, it was the first outdoor view of the car in its completed form. Kansas City Southern 3943 (EMD SD70MAC) provides a colorful complement to the Loewy greens of the Northern Pacific. The car has now returned from its first trip on the road, which was just under 6,000 miles excluding yard moves.
